If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for an exchange or a refund within 14 days. In order to return an item follow these steps:
- Drop an email to (email address) within 14 days from the date you receive your goods.
- Quote your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return and the reason for the return.

- Goods must be arrive within 14 days of receiving a returns confirmation email and returned in their original condition.
- Your refund will be made within 7 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.
It is the customers responsibility to cover postage costs for returns. You should ensure that the goods are fully insured as proof of normal posting does not cover goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
